Frances chose one of our gorgeous sinamay feather dressed hats to wear to wear for her daughter's wedding ceremony. Still wanting to wear a headpiece after removing her hat, we created a small fascinator based on STEPHANIE to co-ordinate with her outfit to wear for the rest of the day.
